It is not possible for the ION6 to be upgraded to Power Manager 1.3, and I would recommend starting Power Manager 1.3 from fresh.
The historical data cannot be transferred automatically, but must be done manually which is a lengthy process.
If the historical data is needed to be retained it would make more sense to upgrade ION6 to the latest version of PME.
