Issue:Setting LIx freewheel stop for reverse input function.

Cause:NA
Resolution:Since the Freewheel input is active to permit a run command, it can also be assigned for run reverse. Dropping the run reverse command will also activate freewheel stop, so there is no controlled deceleration. Set Access Level to Expert to allow dual assignment to one logic input.
