Issue:ATV61/ ATV71: I can only see the monitoring menu .

Cause:No password protection, drive struck in monitoring menu only.
Resolution:Verify no password protection is set
Verify access level in Main menu
Goto menu 7.3 Display Configuration and verify menu visibility is not restricted.
