Cause:

Resolution:
Yes the 120 Vac adaptor card will work with any option card.
The adaptor card (VW3A3101) plugs into the main control terminal card of the drive.
The option cards are attached underneath the top cover of the drive.
A maximum of 2 option cards can be attached at a time. This does not include the VW3A3101 adaptor.
