Issue:Reference point for the 24V power supply.
Product Line:Altivar VFD
Environment:All models and serial numbers with the exception of the ATV11. (The ATV11 has a control voltage of +15V.)
Cause:None
Resolution:Yes, the common (COM) terminal of the Altivar power supplies are floating (no connection to earth ground) so the voltage measured to the 24v from the earth ground can be different from the COM terminal.
