Issue:How is a SERVICE MESSAGE provided for the customer on the ATV61/71 drive?
Product Line:ATV61 ATV71
Environment:All models, Graphic keypad required
Cause:Service contact info for customer
Resolution:Go into the MAIN MENU and select:
7. DISPLAY CONFIG
7.1 USER PARAMETERS
SERVICE MESSAGE
LINE 1
Use the F1 key to select character groups.
Use F2 and F3 to move to the next or previous character.
Use the keypad dial to select desired character.
Press the Enter dial to save the line.
Do the same for any other lines required.
The message will display for the customer under the 1.10 DIAGNOSTICS menu when SERVICE MESSAGE is selected.
