Issue:
Basic setup for ATV61 and METASYS N2 card.

Environment:
All range, All serial number
Cause:
Need to commission the ATV61 N2 card.
Resolution:
Set the following parameters in the drive:
Address: Customer supplied
Baud rate: 9600 or other
Format: 8N1
Timeout: 60 sec
After setting the parameters, check the Frame Counter in Communication Map to see if it is counting and Error Frame counter should be 0. The 2.1 LED flashes intermittently.
