Issue:
ATV212 SFlex will not power up, there is line voltage to the SFLEX from the circuit breaker, but no line voltage to the drive.

Cause:
Possible causes
1. Power fuses may be blown
2. Line contactor is not closing
3. AFC/OFF/BYP is in OFF or BYP
Resolution:
If power fuses are blown check for possible causes and repair before replacing.
If line contactor is not closing check the voltage to the line contactor coil.
If AFC/OFF/BYP switch is in OFF or BYP, switch to AFC.
