Issue:Need to install a braking resistor on the Altivar 58

Cause:
Program settings for adding a optional Dynamic Braking Resistor
Resolution:
Disable the Dec Ramp Adapt by setting brA = no, in the drC Drive Menu 3.
The DB resistor is wired to the PA+ and PB terminals.
