Cause : Adjustment Range
Resolution : For the START TIME dial, setpoint A is 1second and setpoint E is 5seconds. There is a linear relationship from A to E setpoints.
For the INITIAL VOLTAGE dial, setpoint A is 30% and setpoint E is 80% of full voltage. There is a linear relationship from A to E setpoints.
