Issue:
How can I view/export PowerChute Business Edition and PowerChute Network Shutdown log files?

PowerChute Business Edition
The data log exists in the file <agent path>\DataLog on Windows systems and <agent path>/DataLog on Unix/Linux systems.
To export the event log, navigate to the Event Log screen in the PowerChute user interface (UI), and click Export. This will export the event log to a text file, EventLog.txt, which is located in the agent directory.
PowerChute Network Shutdown
The event log exists in the file <install path>\groupn\EventLog.txt on Windows systems and <install path>/group1/EventLog.txt on Unix/Linux systems.

You can view the DataLog and EventLog.txt files in the PowerChute Business Edition and PowerChute Network Shutdown user interfaces. To open those logs with other applications, please navigate to the directory that the files reside and then open with other applications such as WordPad, Notepad, Excel, VI etc.
