For standard speed alarms, the delay is defined in seconds.
For high speed alarms, the delay is defined in increments of 100ms.
For disturbance alarms, the delay is defined in cycles.
For example, a delay of 5 for standard alarms equates to 5 second. For high speed alarms, a delay of 5 equates to 500ms. For disturbance alarms, a delay of 5 equates to 5 cycles.
