Why columns do not line up in an Excel spreadsheet when a report is exported from Tenant Metering Software v1.0.1?

Placement of commas are very important when exporting reports in Tenant Metering Software (TMS) v 1.0.1 as a .CSV file. Commas are used to separate the data fields. If an account contains commas then the columns will not line up when Export to File is selected. If a row of the spreadsheet is not lining up correctly Edit the Account and remove any commas. When you generate the bill again the columns will line up.
