Below is a screen capture of the actual error:
The folder or folders that Advanced Reports is attempting to save to, does not exist.
1. Go to the Admin tab and select Crystal Management Console
2. Log in using Administrator
as username and leave the password section blank.
3. Browse to Folders and follow the hierarchy below and create the folders and sub-folders as they appear with the same names and capitalization.
4. Double check the PowerLogic Reports folder rights as well
