Lost or forgotten password for a VAMP relay



If the password is modified from default and the password is forgotten. Tech Support (615-287-3400 option 3 or pmo.support@us.schneider-electric.com) will require the model number and serial number in order to reset the password. Tech support must contact VAMP in order to acquire a script to reset the password.
Note: Resetting the password will not reset any of the settings in the device.
