This issue may occur if the DNS entries in ISX Central are invalid or if the DNS servers are not accessible to the ISX Central server.
To resolve this issue, enter at least one valid DNS server then close and reopen the ISX Central console. This should be done automatically when any network changes are made in ISX Central. Thumbnails should be available after the console has restarted.
