ISX Central 5.0.X restore fails even though the back up was successful
If you have an underscore in the central's hostname than this may be a reason why the central fails to mount the restore from a previous back up.
This should be resolved in 5.1. If upgrade is not possible at this time, the following two solutions are available:
1. Remove the underscore from both the hostname of the central and the folder name of the back up, run the restore, then add the underscore back to the hostname.
2. Remove the underscore from the hostname of the central and run the back up again
