Keypad needs to be replaced.
Resolution:
The drive MUST be version 3.0 or greater. Verify the drive control board version level before replacing the keypad. Ignore the version number of the keypad itself.
The part # for the keypad is VW3A66206U.
Update: The VW3A66206U keypad is no longer available for sale and is obsolete with no direct replacement.
