Video: Do conductors passing through a Current Transformer (CT) have to enter a specific side of the CT?

    Product Line:
    LV Transformers

    Environment:

    Cause:
    Some applications are polarity specific

    Resolution:
Yes, to achieve the proper polarity of the circuit, which is critical in some applications, it is necessary to have the source side of the conductor entering the H1 polarity side of the CT. This is clearly detailed in the installation instructions included with the CT.
