What causes error E7805 on Lexium32M with ESM module?

The alert E7805 occurs when the motor moves while the drive is in status SOS  "Safe Operating Stop"
Any motor motion, whether intentional or unintentional, while the drive is in SOS mode will result in E7805 being displayed.
E7805 should be thought of as an alert and not so much as an error.
The drive is alerting the operator that the motor has moved even though the drive is in a state in which motor motion was intended to be at a stop.
Motor motion could have been caused by an external force moving the load, such as an operator trying to move the mechanics while the drive is in SOS state, or such as a Z-axis that has dropped due to a brake not being set.

Remedy the E7805 alert by avoiding any motor motion while the drive is in SOS state.
