    Mobile functionality is reported missing when connecting from ClearSCADA Mobile

    The following error is reported by a mobile device when the ClearSCADA Mobile application is trying to establish a connection to its ClearSCADA Mobile server and receives an incorrect reply from the server:
    • The remote server responded but ClearSCADA Mobile Server functionality was missing. Contact your administrator.
    The common causes of this error are:
    1. ClearSCADA Mobile application is configured to connect to an incorrect server. Please make sure the correct IP/Server Name/URL is specified in the mobile application.
    2. ClearSCADA Mobile application is configured to connect to the correct server, but uses an incorrect port. If the ClearSCADA Mobile Server is configured to use a different port instead of the default port 443, this port needs to be specified in the mobile application. For example: 192.168.200.150:4477 where, 4477 is the port used by the ClearSCADA Mobile Server.
