    AP9810 dry contact relay changes state after NMC is reseated

    Issue
    If a control policy is configured to change the state of the output relay, if the NMC is rebooted or reseated while the triggering event is still active, the output relay will default back to its original state. 

    Product Line
    Network Management Card 2 (AP9631 or AP9635) with an AP9810 dry contact accessory

    Example:

    1. A control policy is configured to change the state of the output relay from "open" to "closed" based on the "UPS on Battery" event
    2. The UPS switches to battery, causing the output relay to "close"
    3. The NMC is rebooted/reseated
    4. After the NMC finishes booting, the UPS is still on battery - however the output relay is back to its original state of "open"

    Resolution
    This behavior will be resolved in a future NMC firmware release, and this article will be updated to reflect this change.
