Can the D range AC contactor be mounted on the ceiling ?

The AC contactor mounted horizontally as follows - Not recommended practice

For contactors with AC coil, when the contactor is mounted in horizontal position, the speed for making and breaking is impacted :
Floor mounted : the opening is slower.
Ceiling mounted : the closing is slower.
Then when mounted in horizontal position, the following recommendations shall apply :
Use on fix machines only (no vertical shocks allowed),
    Additives forbidden,
Electrical durability not guaranteed (derating probably in the order of 0,70 but no existing confirmation tests)
AC1 current derated at 80% of the catalogue values,

Inrush voltage for contactors mounted on the floor:
    CAD/LC1D09/12/18          89%
    LC1D25/32/38                    84%
    LC1D40/50/65                    86%
    LC1D80/95                          84%
Drop-out voltage for contactors mounted on the floor:
    CAD/LC1D09/12/18          96%
    LC1D25/32/38                    94%
    LC1D40/50/65                    97%
    LC1D80/95                          94%

Inrush voltage for contactors mounted on the ceiling:
     CAD/LC1D09/12/18         114%
    LC1D25/32/38                    114%
    LC1D40/50/65                    111%
    LC1D80/95                          111%
Drop-out voltage for contactors mounted on the ceiling:
    CAD/LC1D09/12/18          108%
    LC1D25/32/38                    106%
    LC1D40/50/65                    107%
    LC1D80/95                          105%

    For example, for LC1D32* fitted:
in normal position, the drop out control voltage limits is 0,3 to 0,6 Uc,
on floor position, the drop out control voltage limits is 0,28 to 0,56 Uc (0,3x0,94 and 0,6x0,94).
