ATV61 or ATV71 drive is stuck running at low speed and is not following the analog input signal.

    Issue:
ATV61 or ATV71 drive is stuck running at low speed and is not following the analog input signal.

    Product Line:
    Altivar ATV61 and ATV71

    Environment
    All:

    Cause:
Drive is not following the 0-10 or 4-20ma

    Resolution:
-Make sure your Ref 1 in menu 1.6 matches your analog input AI1 or AI2 that you are trying to use.
-If you are doing Reference switching make sure your logic is correct for switching between LI1 or LI2.
-Make sure you do not have any preset speeds turned on since hey will override your analog input signal.
-With the drive powered up and the customers analog signal removed ohm across the A1 to com terminal and AI2 to com terminal to check the burden resistor values.  You should measure 30K ohms between Ai1 to com and 242 ohms between AI2 and com.
