    How do you enable the Ethernet/IP profile on the Connexium TCSESM managed switches?

    To explain the steps used to enable the Ethernet/IP profile on the Connexium TCSESM managed switches.

    Facts and Changes

    The Connexium TCSESM managed switches must be at a minimum firmware version 4.1 for this feature.


    First, log into the Connexium TCSESM managed switch as an administrator via the web pages.
    Next, expand the Advanced heading on the browser tree and select Ethernet/IP. (see screenshot below)

    Next, check the box next to Ethernet/IP to Enable the profile. (Step 2)
    Finally, click the Set button to add to the switch configuration. (Step 3)

    Remember to also save this configuration change so that this feature will be enabled after a power cycle.
    To save this configuration change, select Load/Save on the top of the browser tree under Basic Settings.
    Then click Save. (see screenshot below)
