What do LU, LV, LW and LZ suffixes mean on PowerPact Circuit Breaker Catalog Numbers?

What do LU, LV, LW and LZ suffixes on end of PowerPact catalog numbers indicate?

    Product Line:
    PowerPact Molded Case Circuit Breakers

Applies to all H, J, Q, M and P Frame PowerPact breakers (unit mount and I-line)
All PowerPact L frame breakers have tapped lugs as standard.

When control voltage is required, a common method is to attach the small control wire to the lug on the circuit breaker.

These suffixes indicate the breaker includes provisions to attach control wires onto the lugs of the circuit breaker.
    • LU suffix - control wire taps ``ON`` end only
    • LV suffix - control wire taps ``OFF`` end only
    • LW suffix - control wire taps both ends
    • LZ suffix - control wire taps on Left and Center Poles of "OFF" end only
