    How do you change the temperature units from Celsius to Fahrenheit on the REG48 and REG96 temperature controllers?

    Issue:
    Converting the temperature displayed from Celsius to Fahrenheit

    Product Line:
    Schneider Electric Temperature Controllers with part numbers beginning with REG48 or REG96

    Environment:
    Temperature Controllers sold and used in the United States

    Cause:
    By default, the temperature unit is Celsius and the menu option to change it to Fahrenheit is hidden

    Resolution:
    To change the REG48 or REG96 temperature controller display from Celsius to Fahrenheit, use the keys on the front face to complete the following steps:

    Unmasking the proper bit
    1.     Press the SEL key until Ch 1 is displayed.
    2.     Press the Down Arrow key until Ch12, dSP is displayed.
    3.     Press the SEL key.
    4.     Press the Down Arrow key until dP17 is displayed.
    5.     Press the SEL key.
    6.     Change the value from FEBO to FEAO with the Down Arrow key.
    7.     Press the SEL key.
    8.     Press the A/M key to exit the menu.

    Accessing the parameter
    1.     Press the SEL key until Ch 1 is displayed.
    2.     Press the Down Arrow key until Ch 6 is displayed.
    3.     Press the SEL key.
    4.     Press the Down Arrow key until PvU is displayed.
    5.     Press the SEL key.
    6.     Change the value from °C to of with the Arrow keys.
    7.     Press the SEL key.
    8.     Press the A/M key to exit the menu.
