    They need to get a failure analysis or CCP to find out why the Drive or Soft Starter stopped working.

    The procedure is to contact your local SQUARE D DISTRIBUTOR, and they will fill out a CCP(TEX) form requesting the analyzing of the suspected failed product.
    If the unit is out of warranty, there is a charge for this procedure and the pricing is given by the distributor.
    If the drive is in warranty and returned, and no problem is found then the charge also applies.
    The DISTRIBUTOR will also request an RMA from customer service before sending the unit in.
