An error occurred while processing the file ‘BROCHUREINFORMATION.SQL’
If you are receiving the following message: An error occurred while processing the file ‘BROCHUREINFORMATION.SQL’ simply press the "Enter" key on your keyboard to resolve the issue.While installing eCatalogue, error 1304, 1935, 2350 OR 2980 occurs
- Cancel the eCatalogue installation, making sure there are no errors displayed on screen.
- Insert Disc 1 of the eCatalogue (if it's not already in the drive).
- Open “My Computer”.
- ‘Right click’ the CD-ROM drive ‘clipsal.ed01a’ and select “Explore”.
- The clipsal.ed01a window opens, displaying the contents of Disc 1 of the eCatalogue.
- Locate and then Double click the dotnetfx.exe file to begin the installation of Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0
- Wait for the dotnetfx.exe file to finish installing. When the dotnetfx.exe file has installed you are ready to begin the installation of the eCatalogue.
- Select the GoClipsal.EXE file to begin the installation of Disc 1 of the eCatalogue and follow the prompts to complete the installation.
